PMS Reality Check

When it comes to PMS, sometimes half the battle is being prepared for it. So, use this chart to record your physical, emotional and mental symptoms, and record when you have friction with your husband and children.

Day 1 on the chart is the first day of your period. Try to keep the chart for at least three months to see if there is a pattern to your stressful times with your family. Once you know that PMS is playing a factor, you can plan on avoiding serious discussions with your husband on those days, trying to decrease your stress on those days, and biting your tongue a little more!
